Why does one continue to hurt?

Emotional pain

The loss of a dear relationship, or a traumatic event, for example, may seem to fade little by little, over time.  But the associated emotional pain can be triggered over and over – and most often this resurging agony limits our ability to move forward productively in our lives.

That pain lives in the Unconscious Mind:  That is where all of our memories (both the good and bad) are stored.  And to come to grips with that pain, and accept and flatten it – one must access the unconscious.  Those memories can emerge in what we experience as dreams, or nightmares – all of which do not necessarily resolve them.  They surface.

Hypnosis is the most efficient way to access the unconscious mind, identify the source of the pain – and flatten it, eliminating it in a Constructive way. It is effective and effortless, calming, soothing, and long-lasting.  And, for many, it can be a very fun, exhilarating process.

My name is Jonathan Pine, and I am a hypnotherapist. I enjoy working with clients who need to move on from past events, the emotional pain of which continues to limit their growth in the present life.

It is never too late to have a happy childhood.
